G3 Race #1 Polesitter Contingency Announced

It is with great appreciation the Flamboro Speedway announces Saturday's polesitter contingency prize for the first Grisdale Triple Crown race of 2008, presented by Lucas Oil.  The series' two key sponsors have teamed up to present the top qualifier with a prize pack that will reward his or her effort, and compensate for the inversion that follows.

The top qualified Late Model racer on Saturday June 7th will receive one brand new American Racer slick tire from Grisdale Racing, and two cases of Lucas Oil product.

The would-be polesitter, for the first of three Grisdale Triple Crown tournament races to be run this summer, will step out onto the front straightaway in front of the live audience and roll two dice that together will determine the inversion for the starting field - costing the polesitter his or her top spot.

The combined value of the dice will determine the number of cars to be inverted in the feature field; a score of 2 will flip the inside and outside rows; and a score of three will put the third place car on the pole, the first place car to the outside pole, and the second place car to the inside of row two
