The point standings of the Grisdale Late Model hometrack series at Flamboro Speedway was revised today to reflect the decisions of the promoter as per the rule book.

Firstly, car #82 and driver Jason Shaw were awarded the published 100 hometrack participation points for being a part of the June 7th event.  The unsportsmanlike penalty earned has been served by the #82 forfeiting all points and monies earned at the June 7th race event in the Grisdale Triple Crown standings.  The G3 events are a separately scored series of events from the hometrack standings.

Secondly, driver handicaps have been reviewed and adjusted to reflect that performance in the G3 events does not affect the driver's hometrack handicap.  When calculating the handicap the driver's total points earned is taken, less participation points from G3 events or the Oktoberfest Classic, and divided by the number of events participated in, excluding the G3 events and the Oktoberfest Classic.
